How to Overcome Guilt, Condemnation, and the Devil’s Accusations

Have you ever felt condemned, unworthy, or like no matter what you do, God has turned His back on you? That heavy feeling of guilt isn’t always just “in your head.” The Bible reveals that the devil is “ the accuser of the brethren ” (Revelation 12:10). But here’s the good news: you don’t have to live under his accusations another day. Let’s uncover his three main strategies—and the biblical weapons God has given you to silence him for good. 1️⃣ The Devil Accuses You Before God One of Satan’s greatest tactics is to stand before God and accuse His children. “Then he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the Angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to oppose him” (Zechariah 3:1). “For the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down” (Revelation 12:10). He would rise early and offer sacrifices, saying, “It may be that my sons have sinned and cursed God in their hearts.” (Job 1:5). Job was a righteous father who did everything in his power to cover his household. Yet when the trial came, God only gave Satan a limit concerning Job—not his family. Why? Because salvation and relationship with God cannot be borrowed. Each soul must meet God personally. Faith Cannot Be Inherited We live in a world where it is easy to lean on our paren...
